Dispute resolution

We are not willing and not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was permanently shut down on 20 July 2025 and is no longer referenced here.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law (§§ 7 Abs. 1 DDG). We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity (§§ 8 to 10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known. Upon becoming aware of any such infringement, we will remove the relevant content immediately.

Liability for links

Our site contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence, and we accept no liability for that content. Responsibility for linked pages always lies with the respective provider or operator. Linked pages were checked for recognizable legal violations at the time the link was created; none were identifiable then. Permanent monitoring of linked pages without concrete evidence of a violation is not reasonable. Upon becoming aware of any infringement, we will remove such links immediately.
